This Privacy Policy covers types of information Rubber City Radio Group (“we,” “our,” or “us”) may collect from you or that you may provide when you download, install, create an account on, access, or use the Rubber City Radio Group Mobile App (the “App”) and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information.

This policy DOES NOT apply to information that:

  • We collect offline or on any of our other apps or websites, including websites you may access through this App.

Children Under the Age of 13

  • We collect and use different types of information from and about users of our App including: Information that identifies, relates to, describes, references, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, to an individual (“Personal Information”).

As you navigate through and interact with our App, including when you download, access, or use the App, we may use automatic data collection technologies to collect certain information about your equipment, location, browsing actions, and patterns, including:

  • Usage Details. When you access the App, we may automatically collect certain details of your access to and use of the App, including traffic data, location data, logs, and other communication data and the resources that you access and use on or through the App.

If you do not want us to collect this information do not download the App or delete it from your device. Location collection may be disabled through the settings on your mobile device. However, please note that disabling the App’s collection of location information will disable its location-based features.

It helps us to improve our App and to deliver a better and more personalized service, including by enabling us to:

We cannot delete your Personal Information except by also deleting your user account. If you delete your User Contributions from the App, copies of your User Contributions may remain viewable in cached and archived pages or because other App users may have copied or stored them. Our App is controlled and operated by Rubber City Radio Group. We provide our App for use only by persons located in the United States. We make no claims that the App or any of its content is accessible or appropriate outside of the United States. Access to the App may not be legal by certain persons or in certain countries. If you access the App from outside the United States, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.
